On the first day of our tour, we will visit the ancient sanctuary of Pachacamac, located south of Lima.
Here, you will witness the grandeur of one of the most important religious centers of the pre-Hispanic era, a place of pilgrimage for thousands of people from the coast and the Andes.
After visiting Pachacamac, we will head to Ica, a beautiful region famous for its picturesque landscapes and traditional vineyards.
Here, we will visit the Popular Huacachina Oasis, a stunning natural oasis surrounded by towering sand dunes.
Finally, on the second day of our tour, we will take you to witness the mysterious drawings of the Nazca desert from above.

Full Tour Description
Part I: Pachacamac Ruins – Huacachina Oasis – Nazca.
08:30 h. Our program starts at your hotel in Lima, our guide will pick you up from there.
Afterward, we will drive towards the ruins of Pachacamac, following the Pan-American highway.
The Sanctuary is located in the Lurin Valley, about 30 kilometers away from Lima.
Pachacamac was the most important pre-Hispanic ceremonial center on the entire coast of Peru.
According to archaeologist it had a period of validity of about 1200 years.
The site comprises a large area where there are a series of buildings from different periods.
It is believe that Pachacamac florish around 200 AD, till 1533, time in which arrived the Spanish.
Once at the ruins, we visit first the Pachacamac Museum, which displays relics found at the site.
Later on, we will tour inside the ruins, visiting the most relevant zones with a local guide.
Among the buildings, stand out the Temple of the Sun and the Palace of the Virgins of the Sun.
In order to appreciate these temples, we will need to walk up to the highest part.
After visiting Pachacamac, we will continue our trip to the city of Ica.
Once in Ica, we will visit a traditional vineyards where locals produce a popular spirit known as Pisco.
Here, our local guide will show you site and will explain about the history and the process of making Pisco.
Our trip continues at the Huacachina Oasis, where we will take a dune buggy tour in the desert.
During the ride, we will have the chance to practice Sandboarding.
In addition to touring beautiful dunes, we will also enjoy amazing desert landscapes.
Afterward, we continue our trip to the city of Nazca, where we will spend the night.
Overnight in Nazca at the Hotel Casa Andina *** or similar.
Part II: Nazca Lines Flight – Trip back to Lima.
07:30 h. After breakfast, our guide will drive you to the Nazca airdrome.
Once at the airport, we will board a small Cessna aircraft, which has room for 5 passengers.
Before boarding the plane, the pilot will give each participant a Nazca Lines Map.
The map will be very useful as it will help to locate the drawings on the ground.
During the flight, each passenger will have a window seat, which will allow a better view of the figures.
Among figures, you will see a representation of a huge monkey, a spider, as well as other creatures.
Also, you will find images of birds, such as a condor, a hummingbird, a parrot, and a heron.
Perhaps the most mysterious of all is the figure of the astronaut, which is located on hill side.
Besides the animal figures, you will also find many lines crisscrossing the desert in all directions.
After the flight, we will drive back to the city of Lima, visiting on route the Nazca Lines metallic tower.
From the top of the tower, we can observe, from a different perspective, some drawings.
Upon arrival in Lima, we will drop you off at your hotel.

You have the flexibility to change the date of your tour with ease, provided that you make the request at least 15 days in advance.
No charges will be applied for rescheduling within this timeframe.
Should you decide to cancel your tour, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled tour date to avoid any significant charges.
In such cases, only an administration fee of 20% will be deducted from the total amount paid.
We regret to inform you that last-minute cancellations are not accepted.
If a cancellation request is made within 7 days of the tour start date, the full charge for the tour will apply, amounting to 100% of the total cost.
In the event of a no-show, where a customer fails to appear for the tour without prior notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be levied, and no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation due to Weather Conditions:
In the event of bad weather conditions that prevent the Nazca Lines flight from taking place as scheduled, our policy states that we would reimburse 50% of the cost of the Nazca Lines Flight, not 50% of the cost of the entire trip.
This means that if the flight portion of the tour is not possible due to adverse weather conditions, we would refund 50% of the amount paid specifically for the flight experience.
The remaining costs related to the other inclusions and activities of the tour, such as the Paracas, Huacachina Oasis adventure, transportation, and guides would not be affected by the weather-related cancellation and would not be subject to a refund.
