Tour Description
Part I: Maria Reiche Museum.
09:00 h. Our land excursion begins with the collection of our customers at their hotel in Nazca.
Shortly afterward, we will drive northwest towards the Jumana desert.
After crossing a desert plateau, we will descend into the Ingenio Valley.
Firstly, we visit the Maria Reiche Museum.
Here we will learn about the life of a German lady who dedicated over 50 years to protect the Nazca Lines.
The museum displays various old maps as well as exciting photos of the Nazca Lines.
Additionally, we also visit the grave of Maria Reiche, located nearby.
Part II: Observation Tower.
Later on, we will continue the tour at the Metallic Tower or Mirador.
From the top of the tower, you can see two of the most popular Nazca drawings.
Here you will see the Hands and the Tree figure, both next to each other.
Likewise, you will also appreciate various straight lines crisscrossing the desert.
Furthermore, next to the tower, you can see large geometric forms.
Part III: Natural Lookout Hill.
Finally, we will climb a small hill from where it is possible to observe many lines radiating out in all directions.
But before going up, we will appreciate the new discovery in the Nazca desert, the Cat figure, etched on the hillside.
Besides, you can see here, the very nature of the Nazca desert, and get a better idea about the construction of the lines.
In addition, visitors will also enjoy a wonderful desert landscape, similar to the surface of the moon.
Eventually, we will return to Nazca and our driver will drop you off at your hotel.

In the event of a no-show, where a customer fails to appear for the tour without prior notice, a 100% cancellation fee will not issue any refunds.
