DAY 1: LIMA – ICA – PISCO VINEYARD – ICA MUSEUM – HUACACHINA OASIS

12:00 PM – Traditional Pisco Vineyard Experience

Upon arrival in the Ica Valley, famous for its sunshine and fertile vineyards, you will visit a traditional Pisco distillery. 02:30 PM – Visit to the Ica Regional Museum

Continue your journey with a visit to one of Peru’s most fascinating archaeological museums. The Ica Museum houses an extraordinary collection of artifacts from ancient civilizations that flourished in the region long before the Incas.

Explore exhibits featuring ancient textiles, ceremonial pottery, mummy bundles, elongated skulls, and evidence of ancient medical practices, including cranial surgery. This remarkable collection provides a unique glimpse into the mysterious cultures that once inhabited Peru’s coastal desert.

04:00 PM – Huacachina Oasis & Desert Adventure

DAY 2: BALLESTAS ISLANDS – PARACAS NATIONAL RESERVE – LIMA

08:45 AM – Transfer to Paracas Bay

After breakfast, depart Huacachina and travel approximately one hour to the charming coastal town of Paracas, one of Peru’s most important wildlife and nature destinations.

10:00 AM – Ballestas Islands Boat Excursion

Upon arrival, board a modern speedboat and set off across the Pacific Ocean toward the famous Ballestas Islands.

Along the route, you’ll observe the enigmatic Candelabra Geoglyph, a massive prehistoric figure carved into a sandy hillside overlooking the sea. Despite decades of research, its true purpose remains a mystery.

Continuing toward the islands, you’ll encounter one of Peru’s richest marine ecosystems. The Ballestas Islands are home to large colonies of sea lions, Humboldt penguins, pelicans, cormorants, boobies, and countless other seabirds.

As your boat navigates among dramatic rock formations, sea caves, and natural arches, your guide will explain the ecological importance of this protected area while helping you spot the abundant wildlife that inhabits the islands.

12:30 PM – Paracas National Reserve

After returning to the mainland, continue your exploration with a land tour of the spectacular Paracas National Reserve.

Following lunch, begin the comfortable return journey to Lima through the scenic coastal desert.

06:30 PM – Arrival in Lima

Upon arrival in Lima, your driver will transfer you directly to your hotel, marking the end of an unforgettable two-day adventure through Peru’s most spectacular desert and coastal landscapes.
