05:00 h. Our tour begins early in the morning.
Our driver picks you up from your hotel in Lima.
Shortly after we head south towards the Pisco Airport, which is located 3 hours away from Lima.
We travel on a private vehicle with a local guide who provides information along the road.
Upon arrival at Pisco, we head to the local airport, located at the south of the city.
We use a Caravan Cessna aircraft, which has a spacious room for 12 people, each person with a window seat.
Our pilot will give each participant a Nazca Lines Map that will help you to recognize the figures from above.
Among the animals, we will see the representation of a whale, a monkey, a dog and many others.
Likewise, you will see various birds, such as a condor, a hummingbird, and a heron, as large as 3 soccer fields.
Perhaps the most striking figure of all, is the Astronaut, a strange creature with a large head and big eyes.
Unlike the other figures, the astronaut was drawn on a hillside and not on the surface of the desert.
Additionally, you will see hundreds of straight lines that crisscross the desert surface in all directions.
After the flight, you will have free time for lunch. Our guide will suggest a good restaurant near the beach in Paracas.
Finally, we will drive back to Lima. Upon arrival in Lima, our driver will drop you off at your hotel.

We booked the flight over the Nasca lines. They were very organized and easy to deal with. They had someone pick us up in the morning to take us to the Pisco airport, some 3 hours away from Lima. The flight was an incredible experience and difficult to document but worthwhile! We definitely enjoyed the flight from the Caravan plane. well worth it!
