A tailor-made trip starts from your dates, your pace and what you want to see, not from a fixed departure. Mystery Peru is a local operator based in Nazca, and our team designs private itineraries across Peru: the southern coast with Paracas, Ica, Huacachina and Nazca, Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu, Arequipa, Lake Titicaca and the Amazon. Our published packages, from US$1,490 for 7 days, are a good starting point that we then shape around you.
How a tailor-made trip works
Planning a private trip with us takes four steps, and nothing is booked until you confirm.
- Tell us your dates and what you enjoy: approximate dates, number of travellers, the places that interest you and the pace you like.
- We design a proposal: a day-by-day itinerary with hotels, transfers, visits and a price per person.
- You adjust it: add a night, change a hotel, swap a visit or slow down a day. We revise it until it fits.
- You book: once you are happy with the proposal, you confirm and we send you the booking details.
Model route 1: Paracas, Ica and Nazca in 3 to 4 days
The southern coast fits well into a short trip from Lima, and it is where we are based. A four-day version could look like this:
With less time, the same route fits into three days by flying over the lines from Pisco, a private flight we quote on request. This route has no fixed price: we quote it for your group, dates and hotels.
- Day 1: Lima to Paracas, with the afternoon in the Paracas National Reserve.
- Day 2: morning boat trip to the Ballestas Islands, then Ica and the Huacachina oasis at sunset.
- Day 3: road to Nazca, with time for a nearby visit such as the Chauchilla cemetery or the Cantayo aqueducts.
- Day 4: private flight over the Nazca Lines at 09:00 (US$150 per person) and return towards Lima.
Model route 2: Nazca and Cusco
To combine the coast and the Andes, two published packages make a good base:
We adapt either of them: different hotels, extra nights in Cusco to get used to the altitude, or a private flight over the Nazca Lines for your group only.

Model route 3: Peru in depth
With two weeks or more you can cover most of southern Peru. Highlights of Peru, 16 days from US$3,490, runs from the Tambopata rainforest to Cusco and Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, the Colca Canyon, Arequipa, the Nazca Lines, Huacachina and Paracas.
If you would rather focus on the Andes, Best of Cusco covers Cusco, Maras, Moray, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu in 7 days from US$1,490.

Each proposal details exactly what is included, so you can review it line by line before confirming. A private trip with us is built around these elements:
International flights to Peru are not included. Prices are per person in US dollars and depend on the number of travellers, the hotel category and the extras you add.

How much does a tailor-made trip to Peru cost?
It depends on the length, the number of travellers and the hotels. As a reference, our published packages start at US$1,490 for Best of Cusco (7 days), US$1,790 for Peru Adventure (8 days) and US$1,990 for Mystic Peru (10 days). Your proposal gives you the exact price per person.
Can you design a short trip to Paracas, Ica and Nazca?
Yes. Three or four days are enough to see the Ballestas Islands, Huacachina and the Nazca Lines with a private flight. The private flight from Nazca costs US$150 per person; the rest of the route is quoted for your group.
Can I change a published package?
Yes. The packages are a starting point: we can change hotels, add or remove nights, swap visits or combine two routes.
Is a tailor-made trip private?
Yes. Transfers and guided visits are for your group only, and the itinerary follows your dates rather than a fixed departure.
Are international flights included?
No. The proposal covers the services in Peru; international flights are booked separately.
