A booking is confirmed when payment is received and you get a confirmation email with your voucher. Bookings by WhatsApp or email are confirmed once we send that written confirmation.

Prices are per person in the currency shown, for private tours unless stated otherwise. The price includes what is listed under Included on each tour page and nothing else.

Some fees are collected by third parties at the destination and are not included in the tour price: airport fees for the Nazca Lines flights, entrance tickets stated as excluded, and tips. The current amount is shown on each tour page when confirmed by the operator; otherwise it is confirmed at booking.

Card payments are processed online by Izipay with instant confirmation. Other methods, such as bank transfer, are agreed with our team and the booking is confirmed once funds arrive.

Date changes requested at least 7 days before the tour are free, subject to availability.

Cancellations at least 7 days before the tour are refunded minus a 10% administration fee.

Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice, and no-shows, are not refundable.

Refunds are made by the same payment method within the time set by the payment provider.

Nazca Lines flights depend on weather and air traffic control. If a flight cannot operate, we reschedule it the same day or the next day when possible; if not, you receive a full refund of the flight.

If we must cancel a tour for operational reasons, we offer an alternative date or a full refund. We are not liable for costs outside the tour, such as flights or hotels, arising from a cancellation.

Carry a valid passport or ID: airlines and transport operators in Peru require it on the day of the tour.

Arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time. Late arrival may mean losing the tour without refund.

Tell us in advance about health, mobility or dietary conditions so we can adapt the tour or advise you. Nazca flights and high-altitude tours have restrictions for certain conditions.

Weight limits apply on Nazca flights; a surcharge may apply above the limit stated on the tour page.

Mystery Peru acts as organizer and operator of the tours listed and works with licensed airlines, transport companies and guides. We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, weather, strikes, road closures or acts of third parties outside our control.

We recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care and high-altitude activities.

Texts, photos and designs on mysteryperu.com belong to Mystery Peru or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute will be handled first through direct contact with our team and, if needed, by the competent courts of Peru.
