Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Mystery Peru. These terms outline how we confirm your reservation, manage payments, and deliver the services promised for every tailor-made adventure.

1. Reservations and Confirmations

A booking is considered confirmed once we receive your written approval and the required deposit. We will then secure accommodations, transportation, and guides according to your preferred itinerary.

If any requested service is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent alternative of the same or higher quality. You will always receive an updated itinerary for approval before additional payments are processed.

2. Payments and Invoicing

Deposits can be paid via secure card link or bank transfer in USD. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of your trip unless otherwise specified in writing.

All invoices include a transparent breakdown of services and taxes. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeline may result in itinerary adjustments or cancellation fees aligned with supplier policies.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

Each traveler is responsible for meeting passport, visa, and vaccination requirements for entry into Peru and any additional destinations included in the itinerary.

We ask that any medical conditions, dietary needs, or mobility considerations be communicated in advance so our team can provide appropriate assistance during the journey.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify confirmed services will be handled with priority. Additional costs from airlines, hotels, or experience providers will be communicated before changes are finalized.

If you must cancel, written notice is required. Refunds follow the policies of each supplier and may include non-refundable deposits or service fees covering administrative work already performed.
