“This was a spectacular activity. The hike is no joke but can be accomplished if you take your time and rest due to the difficulty breathing at the high altitude. It was a bright sunny day when we reached the lake, and the beauty exceeded my expectations. I was so looking forward to this hike and it did not disappoint.”

“The journey to this natural wonder is not for the faint-hearted, with a 6 km uphill trek and a 5 km descent that can be quite challenging. But those who undertake this adventure are rewarded with one of Peru’s most stunning landscapes. It’s a highly recommended experience.”
