Our Machu Picchu Full Day Tour provides a seamless, door-to-door experience, ensuring your day is comfortable and stress-free. The journey begins early at 4 a.m., when our representative picks you up directly from your hotel in Cusco. From there, you’ll enjoy a private transport ride to the Ollantaytambo train station, which takes about 1.5 hours.

Upon arriving at Ollantaytambo, you’ll board a scenic train bound for the town of Aguas Calientes. The 1 hour and 50-minute train ride offers stunning views of the Sacred Valley, with majestic mountains and lush landscapes unfolding before your eyes. Once you arrive in Aguas Calientes, your private guide will greet you at the station and accompany you to the bus terminal. Next, you’ll take a 25-minute bus ride up the winding mountain roads, offering spectacular panoramic views, until you reach the entrance to Machu Picchu.

Here, our guide will lead you on a fascinating walking tour of the ruins. As you explore the most important sectors of the Inca citadel, including its ancient temples, agricultural terraces, and sacred plazas, your guide will share detailed insights into the history, architecture, and ingenious engineering behind this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Throughout the tour, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to marvel at the breathtaking surroundings and capture unforgettable photos. The walking tour allows you to fully immerse yourself in the magic of Machu Picchu while gaining a deeper understanding of its significance.

After the tour, you’ll board the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where you’ll have free time to relax, grab a meal, or stroll around the charming town. Later, at the designated time, you’ll catch your return train to Ollantaytambo. Once you arrive, our private transport will be waiting to take you back to your hotel in Cusco.
