Day 1: Overnight VIP Journey from Cusco to Nazca

Your adventure begins in the afternoon with hotel pick-up at 16:00 h in the historic city of Cusco. We will transfer you to the bus terminal, where you’ll board the renowned Cruzero VIP Service by Cruz del Sur at 17:00 h, one of Peru’s most trusted and comfortable transportation companies.

Day 2: Flight Over the Mysterious Nazca Lines

At approximately 08:00 h, you will arrive in the city of Nazca, where a representative from our team will welcome you at the bus station and transfer you to our office. Here, you may safely store your luggage and relax before the highlight of your adventure.

Before your flight, you’ll enjoy an informative presentation introducing the history, symbolism, and leading theories surrounding the Nazca Lines. You will also receive a detailed route map to help identify the different geoglyphs during the aerial tour.

Shortly afterward, transfer to the Nazca Airfield and board your aircraft for a breathtaking 35-minute flight over the Nazca Lines, one of Peru’s most fascinating UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

As your aircraft climbs above the desert, an immense archaeological landscape unfolds beneath you. Visible only from the air, these colossal geoglyphs were created more than 2,000 years ago by the ancient Nazca civilization and continue to challenge modern understanding.

During the flight, you will observe some of the most famous figures, including the Monkey, Hummingbird, Spider, Condor, Whale, Dog, Hands, Tree, and Astronaut, along with enormous geometric designs, trapezoids, triangles, spirals, and perfectly straight lines that stretch across the desert for miles.

The precision, scale, and mystery of these ancient creations have fascinated archaeologists, scientists, and travelers for generations. Whether they served ceremonial, astronomical, or symbolic purposes remains one of archaeology’s most enduring unanswered questions.

After landing, receive your flight certificate and transfer back to our office. From here, you may continue your travels through southern Peru or board your onward transportation.
