Full Tour Description
Part I: Early departure from Nazca.
04:30 h. Our tour begins at your hotel in Nazca; our guide will pick you up from there.
Soon after that, we drive east towards the slope of the Andes, following a winding road.
After some time, we will reach the starting point of the trek.
The first section of the trek follows a rocky path, which goes up gradually, for about 1 hour or so.
The second section of our trek takes place on a sandy plateau, which contains some Andean flora.
Part II: Getting to the summit.
Later on, we get to the sandy slopes of Cerro Blanco and start a moderate ascent to the top of the dune.
In summary, the whole trek to the top of the dune takes around three hours.
Once we reach the top, you will receive instructions and sandboarding lessons.
Shortly afterward, you are free to sandboard the dune as much as you want.
Besides the fun experience, you will also appreciate amazing views, as well as whimsical sand formations.
Additionally, there is free time to walk around the summit, enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and take memorable photos.
Eventually, we jump off on the longest slope of Cerro Blanco and enjoy a long ride of more than 500 meters.
After landing at the shores of Cerro Blanco, we will walk to a point where our transport wait for us.
Finally, we will return to the city of Nazca. Upon arrival, our driver will drop you off at your hotel.

Mind Sandboarding Safety: Sandboarding can be thrilling, but safety is paramount. Follow the guide’s instructions and be cautious during descents. Always use the provided safety gear.
Tour Date Change Policy:
You have the flexibility to change the date of your tour with ease, provided that you make the request at least 7 days in advance.
No charges will be applied for rescheduling within this timeframe.
Should you decide to cancel your tour, please notify us at least 6 days before the scheduled tour date to avoid any significant charges.
In such cases, only an administration fee of 20% will be deducted from the total amount paid.
We regret to inform you that last-minute cancellations are not accepted.
If a cancellation request is made within 7 days of the tour start date, the full charge for the tour will apply, amounting to 100% of the total cost.
In the event of a no-show, where a customer fails to appear for the tour without prior notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be levied, and no refunds will be issued.
