Important:
For safety reasons, the airlines that operate the Nazca Lines flights have a weight limit per seat.
The weight limit is 200 pounds (95 kilograms) per passenger.
If a passenger exceeds this limit, then the passenger will need to pay an extra fee for another seat.

Here are some useful tips and advice for your full-day tour to the Nazca Lines and Huacachina Oasis:
Book in Advance:
It’s advisable to book your tour in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons.
This ensures you secure your spot and allows the tour operator to make necessary arrangements.

Bring Valid ID and Passport:
Remember to carry a valid ID (such as a driver’s license) and your passport for the Nazca Lines flight.
You’ll need to present these documents at the airport before boarding the plane.

Dress Comfortably:
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking and climbing sand dunes.
Keep in mind that the desert can get hot during the day, so lightweight and breathable clothing is recommended.

Sun Protection:
Bring sunblock, sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed hat to protect yourself from the strong desert sun.

Stay Hydrated:
Carry a refillable water bottle and stay hydrated throughout the day, especially during the desert activities.
It can get very dry in the desert, so it’s essential to drink plenty of water.

 Motion Sickness:
If you are prone to motion sickness, you might want to take motion sickness medication before the Nazca Lines flight, as the small planes can be bumpy.

Cash and Snacks:
Bring some cash with you for any additional expenses, souvenirs, or tips.
It’s also a good idea to bring some snacks for the long drives between Lima, Nazca, and Huacachina.

Tour Date Change Policy:
You have the flexibility to change the date of your tour with ease, provided that you make the request at least 15 days in advance.
No charges will be applied for rescheduling within this timeframe.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you decide to cancel your tour, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled tour date to avoid any significant charges.
In such cases, only an administration fee of 20% will be deducted from the total amount paid.

Last-Minute Cancellations:
We regret to inform you that last-minute cancellations are not accepted.
If a cancellation request is made within 7 days of the tour start date, the full charge for the tour will apply, amounting to 100% of the total cost.

No Shows:
In the event of a no-show, where a customer fails to appear for the tour without prior notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be levied, and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation due to Weather Conditions:
In the event of bad weather conditions that prevent the Nazca Lines flight from taking place as scheduled, our policy states that we would reimburse 50% of the cost of the Nazca and Palpa Lines Flight, not 50% of the cost of the entire trip.
This means that if the flight portion of the tour is not possible due to adverse weather conditions, we would refund 50% of the amount paid specifically for the flight experience.
The remaining costs related to the other inclusions and activities of the tour, such as the Huacachina Oasis adventure, transportation, guides, and lunch, would not be affected by the weather-related cancellation and would not be subject to a refund.

What is included in the tour package?

Our all-inclusive tour package covers private transportation, hotel accomodation,  an English-speaking guide, a scenic plane tour over the Nazca and Palpa Lines and entrance fees.

What should I wear and bring for the tour?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for walking on sand dunes.
Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a camera to capture the breathtaking sights throughout the day.

Is the tour suitable for people with mobility issues?
The tour involves some walking on uneven terrain and a dune buggy ride, which may not be suitable for individuals with severe mobility issues.
However, we strive to accommodate all guests to the best of our abilities.
